I rolled over my Roth 401k from previous employer into my current employer’s traditional 401k 🤦♂️

I received two checks (for pre-tax and roth 401k) from the company that was managing my 401k previously. When moving them to fidelity, I selected pre-tax 401k by mistake while uploading both the checks. Now I have the already taxed amount in my traditional 401k. This happened in mid 2020, so I’m not sure how to even split it up and move it to a Roth account.
What is the best way to avoid being taxed again for the Roth portion?
