My coworker has been having irregular mood swings, extreme temper and anger issues and is heavily underperforming.
I realized that he was facing financial issues despite his income and for the past months working under quarantine he has been slacking of multiple projects.
I did a teams meeting with him and his appearance was a dead giveaway that he was on drugs he had Bloodshot eyes, poor skin tone, and appearing tired or run down and coughing heavily. I realized that for 50% of the time during meetings he is not focused.
I was recently assigned a project with this guy and Iโm unsure how to work him given is health/mental problems
Should I let me my manager know?

I even offered to help him with referring him to a clinic for covid testing and he straight up refused
Itโs not your place to go around telling everyone you think heโs doing drugs.
