I bought cryptos early 2017 and sold early 2018 with a very nice % profit. In my opinion, the fall was clear. I got most of my cryptos out when Bitcoin fell back to 14k. I didn’t do massive profits because I didn’t invest too much. At that time I was mostly invested in the stock market. Right now, I don’t believe in the stock market and over the past month I have been selling my stocks and slowly buying cryptos. Yesterday I made a big push and went almost all-in on cryptos. Wish me the best!
Have fun lol
Hello there future billionaire <3 How about we go out for a dinner some time.
Get in line.
Maybe if you’re still under 30 by the time restaurants start accepting Bitcoin!
Does drawing lines on charts really help make better decisions? I’ve never tried it, my strategy has been to just look at big picture trends plus how much value the company provides and buy at a lowish point and I’ve done okay. (I’ve only invested in stocks, never done currency and don’t intend to)
Yes. For many years I despised people that drew charts... But after studying and reading some trading books I understood that the charts simply represent human group psychology (in high volume stocks). They don’t predict the future but they help the same was as counting cards help in blackjack. Or how you calculate odds in poker to minimize losses.
Crypto is not conventional stocks! 99% of crypto traders are idiots who don’t know anything about trading! So charts don’t work here.
Guy buys 1 bitcoin and suddenly is a trader...
Well, technically, buying even half a Bitcoin would make one a trader, by dictionary definition of the word.
A good trader it seems ;) or a good gambler, idunno!
Good luck I guess
It's one thing to fully sell US equities, it's entirely another level of cray to go all in on crypto
Lol litecoin? You clearly dont know much about crypto
What makes you say that?
That you bought fucking bitcoin
Yeah technical analysis is just a form of reading the psychology behind the price movements. Also, when other high capital traders (institutions) are all reading the same support and resistance levels it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. I think this is especially true in Crypto since it’s not that big yet in the grand scheme of things. I can see crypto going ham again but I certainly wouldn’t go all in. The risk/reward is definitely appealing though at these prices.
I agree with you God.
Regarding the risk reward. I’m honestly at a point in life where I feel like it doesn’t matter if I move to some island and live in a bungalow or if I end up buying a penthouse in New York. I just don’t want to be in the middle and I won’t care 10 years from now. The risk/reward is high enough to go all-in and I have stop losses set to not lose it all. Worst case scenario I lose a chunk of my money and then I’ll move to Thailand were I live on the beach, train Muay Thai, work remotely as a contractor. Best case, we have a new bull cycle and I’ll be able to live like a king.
Wouldn't it be easier start your own crypto and pump and dump your way to billionaire status?
I’m studying some Blockchain development! I want to make my own Blockchain casino! :)
Did you put over $50k?
Not 2017, I bought for about $15k. This time I have more than $50k though!
