Which do you think is a better career move, all other things being equal? Not an engineer. Roles are in NYC and London respectively.
Facebook, unless you have a novel algorithm that will work only on quantum or have great ideas for an application of it. Seems like quantum is mostly an R&D project not getting anywhere but marketed like crazy.
What would you do for quantum computing?
Why do you want to come to IBM for?
“Not an engineer” - please elaborate.
Docs. Design. Community. You know. Not an engineer.

"IBM offers quantum computing on the cloud, today" Oh, horse shit. IBM's marketing dept declared they're looking into the matter, using Watson of course. But they have nothing working, they've fired all the principles and moved on to something else like Waton-based private cloud. Which doesn't work either. But SOME idiot will get $20mil in funding cause you can't go wrong with IBM, then get a promotion to HR, and lastly blame it all on the IBM salesman. Then he gets another $20mil for HR with Watson, gets rich on kickbacks, and so forth
Wait what? What happened to the PMs?
