IBM interview
Just had an interview with IBM HM and was the best experience I had so far! HM was actually listening and paying attention, went through my projects code and asked me to talk about it! I was expecting something completely different #tech #ibm
Thatβs typical interview in most Tier-2 or lower end companies,assess interview performance based on questions from your prior experience . Some companies would have multiple level of interview process ,during initial screening,will ask technical questions about specific technology/tool related to the project .
First step was a coding assessment about a week ago, then recruiter call, today was technical and behavioral with HM and next would be panel behavioral again
Hiring manager is technical manager or project manager? because majority of project managers may not ask the hard technical questions π
