I’m not a rockstar engineer. But decent engineer and good understand engineering principles, solves problem. I’m a decent leader, lead couple of projects and delivered. I definitely dealt team with empathy and helped couple of junior developers along the way. I still like architecture, clean code etc. and would like to be involved. Now I’m thinking of moving to management track. What are the characters do you all think one should be a good fit for management.
