I have offers from IBM and COSTCO. They are right about the same TC. Just want to know which will be better in term of learning.
IBM is taking some time in visa transfers and costco is saying they will file for permanent residency only in EB3 category.

Honestly neither offer is fabulous for 10 yoe, but Id say IBM is at least more of a tech company. Costco you are there to support their grocery business rather than to create actual products. I feel like you will be second class citizen as IT/eng.
though the membership is enticing lol
