How do I become more of a hard worker?

I’m buying snowboarding passes, travel tickets, a new car, rentals, etc. trying to live it up and go yolo but my job doesn’t pay me too much for my life style and I need more money. I had bad anxiety before and I started meds and it’s like I can fully live life now.

I don’t get how people can just grind away. I really want to
