I feel I often go into my self sabotaging loops and end up getting fired from pretty much all jobs I have had.
Also if you could add a section about your experience with medications.
another idea I have is how to approach your employer for any accommodations and how to avoid bias.
And also how to handle the guilt of taking medications. Some cultures treat mental health diseases as excuses and would say looking at you nobody can say anything is wrong, but you constantly feel there is.
Not that you are purposely doing it, but not mentioning medication as a possible productivity method gives the impression that you only resort to medication when you fail other methods. In other words, it gives the stigma that resorting to medication means you have personally failed.
