How's immigration support at Toast?

Accepted an offer but H1B transfer ran into an RFE. Don't see any movement on the case and communication seems bad. I'm not sure what to expect here

I have couple of backup offers that I'm tempted to restart conversations

    Didn’t they layoff like 50% of people an year ago? Why take so much risk despite visa status?

      It was a bad time for entire restaurant industry and don't think it's a huge recurring phenomenon. No job is 100% safe. If I get laid off, I get laid off and move on to another job. Have survived 2-3 RIFs so far

      Yea, March 2020 but by the end of 2021 they’ve almost hired back to the same headcount.
