My H1B transfer will most probably be filed this coming week. So I don't think I can get an approval by the end of this month. So my case will spill over to the next month. USCIS furloughs are slated for the end of the month. Any idea what the impact of the furloughs will be on H1B transfers? The news articles I have come across talk about other immigration services being affected but don't mention H1B applications. My case will be filed under premium processing but that is expected to take 15 business days based on the latest rules. Would USCIS enforce a time-limit of 15 business days despite the furloughs? #workvisa #h1b

There’s a thread on people posting their H1B transfer timelines. It’s pretty quick
