I have an offer and also got H1B visa transfer complete. Now I decide to not join. I have visa and i-94 expiring next month and got extension approved before I initiated transfer. Now I have two I-797 one for current employer for extension (filed first), and another for transfer(filed later). After visa and i-94 expire next month which i-94 will become active? I heard that it is the last approved one. Is this correct? Do I need to inform USCIS about this?
Did you decide to not take it after reading on blind ?

You can reject the offer even with the visa transfer without any impact on your visa.
