What do you think is wrong with a kid who got rejected by 9 colleges?
there is no great resignation
the resignation is actually a spoon
the great vaccination
Generally, Any good talent will find a job, I saw that in 2000s and 2008s, point being it’s about smart people, Im not sure why it is specific to talent from a specific company.
My inbox today got filled with emails from recruiters. Mostly startups and a few big names. Half of them for remote roles as well as Z.
I received 27 (just counted) messages from LinkedIn recruiters today, and a few select in my email inbox, not sure how they got my email. Only a handful are interesting/I followed up with, but pulse is good and I think odds of finding *something* I'd like is high. (Not on lay off list but still tryna gtfo)
Looks like we are going to have a very high attrition :( Not good
This isnt LinkedIn. Agree?
Agree. This also isn’t a Wendy’s, agree?
Like if you got this
No, the great resignation crowd are mainly restaurants and service industry workers who were ill treated and let go at first signs of trouble.
No great resignation until companies asks people back to office. Because companies know that they push the can down the road
Lol
Happy to have left Zillow years ago. Company was getting to woke for my liking. I have great memories working there and some wonderful people too, but it wasn’t it cultural fit for me from the top.
Yes most of them will find work very quickly
