Can I put up my car on Turo/Getaround? I am currently on F-1 visa and expecting H1B (applied for lottery). Any visa constraints one should be aware of? TC: 190k

Check with those companies about how they report tax liability to IRS. If, like Airbnb, they send you a 1099-k - then it's questionable if that's passive income. (Oracle lawyer asked me to not put my apartment on Airbnb, for example.) Talk to a lawyer before doing this.
You can rent your property on Airbnb or Turo... but it has to be a passive income. Therefore you need to hire a third party doing the management/coordination side for this. I have asked my lawyer about this as well.
