Slavery has REVERSED! the US is the slave!!! Check out this dude who pays a personal trainer in India
hi, so i received offer from one of the mid size company. After that HR sent me salary figures over email and i verbally accepted that. then i got a link to sign the official formal letter, in which salary mentioned is ~15k more than what we finalised. so do i need to tell him or just accept directly? and if i dont inform, then do i get increased salary or original one itself? thanks ps: recruiters pls tell how it works on backend. tc: 160k
You’re getting risk free money and you want to give it all back? Send that 15k straight into a robinhood for 9/20 420 TSLA calls

Stay classy.
Come on share those TC details now!!
Let them know that you appreciate and have accepted the revised offer, which is now even more competitive and making you even more excited about the opportunity. They likely low-balled you in negotiations and then messed up drafting the contract and left in the figure they were expecting to give you if you had negotiated harder. You are very lucky and should let them know and not agree if they try to retract.
Just remember: Verbal offers are fake and mean nothing. Written offers are the only “real” thing about the entire process
