Just finished up interviewing at Indeed. How long before I hear back from recruiter? Do they let me know of actual result in an email or a phone call is always scheduled? TC - 350k
Another data point, I got the good news 1 hour after interviewing
That... sounds wrong. That's too fast for Indeed's process if you were being told you were getting an offer that quickly after your last interview session. Indeed collates written feedback from interviewers and makes hiring decisions in a candidate-specific debrief meeting. That feedback takes time to generate and the hiring decision is made at minimum days after interviews are done. Possibly you get fast feedback in earlier rounds (good, you passed our phone screen by not being an obvious nightmare) but something unusual has happened if your recruiter is saying you got the job an hour after your interview day ended.
Yup definitely a strange one, 1 hour ish after final debrief meeting my recruiter email me that they want me and asking my current compensation, I got the official offer 2 days after the email 😬
Hi OP, could you share your interview experience? Thanks
I interviewed for management role. It involved a set of 2 interviews - management and system design as the first screening. After I got through that , it was 4 interviews - resume deep dive ( talk about a project) - coding - code review - close Also, included a chat with the hiring manager. Hope this helps.
How was the code review?
I received a call the same day as my final interviews. I think it was a couple hours after. I was told I passed and they talked through the verbal offer.
Interviewed last week. Sent a couple of emails asking for feedback, but receive no response. Does it mean I should move on ? I was hoping that company should give feedbacks regardless of the outcome?
Did you get an offer?
No. No specific feedback was given
Sorry to hear that. Was it for a Senior Manager role?

Do you interview for fun?
Typically a phone call. You’ll probably know by Monday or Tuesday. Generally less than a week.
Even a rejection is done by a phone call?
I believe so yes. I wasn’t rejected so I can’t be 💯 on that
