Current Cisco (San Jose) TC: 290k YOE: 7 Level: G10 Liveramp (SF, remote/hybrid), Senior software engineer Base: 200k Equity: 400k/4 year. 1 year cliff. 25% refresher Sign on: 25K TC: 325k Indeed (remote), L2 Base: 188k Bonus: 10%, 18k Equity: 137k Sign on: 28k TC first year: 240k TC second+: 267k + refresher Liveramp seems just a bit more than current at Cisco, not worth if worth the jump. Indeed is more but not sure about refreshers. Or can I do better and wait. Updated indeed after the offer. Recruiter was new and gave the wrong info. RSU was 137k / 4 years

Yea with liveramp. Not yet with indeed. Waiting on the official letter coming today/tmr and then will negotiate

Could you elaborate on why you think it’s great? Also do you have insight on the vesting schedule (seems like it’s front loaded) and refreshers? My recruiter is unable to confirm on refreshers as she has little details.
You should get 100k refreshers, the vesting schedule is just like any other company. Plus 10% bonus is almost guaranteed even with team budget quotas and everything. Beyond that its what you want in you career. Depending on the team there might be lot to learn with competitive benefits and an amazing wlb. Indeed of course wouldnt be able to compete with uber or fb but overall it’s pretty competitive
You did not calculate Indeed tc correctly. It sounds the offer was like $137k of rsu vesting over 4 years and then you added 67*3 for refresher, right? It would be less or equal to current comp
Still waiting on the official offer to confirm. But she clearly said 137k first year making it 372k TC first year. And 267k TC for each subsequent year, no mention of refresher.
I see, tbh it sounds like the recruiter is telling you incorrectly, as L2 i know get 125-150k $ rsu over 4 not per year but you can confirm when you get the letter
I don't get why you combine sign on to TC for Liveramp? That's TC for first year and not second+?

Don't leave Cisco for such a tiny raise. Better keep looking and get a higher bump before you make a move. At least 50-60k more will make sense.
In the job market, you shouldn't leave your job for such a small raise. You should stay at Cisco to continue interviewing and aim higher.
I am thinking the same. I am targeting $350k-400k. Should be able to get this elsewhere imo.
