  Ok, he’s talking about price discovery. That’s not what you stated as a problem. ETF cannot get overvalued compared to what it tracks usually. Just by construction.

My main concern is that SPDR and similar might be valued with respect to current Corp tax rates. Should Sanders or Warren look like they'll win the election I'm moving to Russell index, Muni bonds and medical REITs.
