Indians working abroad

Can any Indian please tell me how did you get the job in US, Canada or Europe and now working at good company or cool Startup? Is it possible for me to get sponsorship right after the college as a new grad? P.S: I am currently in 3rd year and really want to work outside of India and looking for internships outside of India as well and interned at TCS previously.

US very difficult, only if you are in top 10 eng colleges then chances are just 1%. Europe..you can try..visa is not a problem. Check for companies in Europe and apply on their website.

Is working in good company in India cannot surpass that masters degree?

Getting an education locally is the more easy way to do it. Another harder way is to come in as a consultant/contractor and then interview around for a regular full-time job. You will be living the #2nd class citizen life tho. It's not glamorous at all. You get ostracized all the time. A third way is to work for a company's branch in India and then move to their branch in another country.

Look towards a US MNC or Startup in India. It’s better than the MS option. You will get opportunities to go to US, Canada, EU, Australia, NZ.

If I get Internship in US somehow is it easy to get full time job in US?

Go for MS/PhD in US. That's the best route wrt salary, GC, etc

Canada isn’t worth it IMO unless your already established in the US
