Saw that Accenture has such a thing. Can anyone from there explain?
It’s pretty straight forward. You set goals for yourself to work on throughout and then update them with how you either achieved them or progressed towards them as well as feedback from your project managers. Your career counselor will have an opportunity to speak to your performance and lobby for any promotions, raises, and bonuses as a result. I’ve generally received around 6-10% of my salary as a performance bonus and another 5-10% as a global bonus based on company performance. However, that bonus is only for managers (CL7) and above. There’s also some factor around chargeability for the year, but I don’t have a ton of insight into that so not sure how much it matters.
In my firm bonus is calculated based on your individual performance and the one of the entire group worldwide.
Not at Accenture but assuming that’s just your utilization x performance rating is it not?
