    Defense R&D. I align with the mission of protecting the warfighter (friends and family in the military), work 40 hours a week (9/80 schedule so every other Friday is off), and make 125k in a LCOL area with only 7 YOE and a masters.

      It's all about your preferences.
      Some people want R&D (company overall could be ecom or fintech), some want ecom (overall profile could be R&D or Software engg), some want fintech (irrespective of what the company offers - R&D, B2B, B2C)
