Infosys GC filing

Is Infosys not filing perm/GC for onsite employees in US ? One of my friend is having issues to get her GC filed.

Doesn't make sense financially to invest in Gc when u can just replace the body. I've never seen any body shops doing GC, esp when it takes 7 yrs for Indians

i left infy because they didn’t file my GC... but they did file for certain cases.. if company budget allows... now with trump as president they have almost stopped for anyone interested in GC. recently i heard for a lateral joined they did not file GC so he decided to leave.

Ask her to run as soon as possible. Get it done from outside if possible with other company. Infy managers are non-professionals Basically 90% are non-qualified for the role of managers they do GC for their relatives. full of caste community and Regionalism :)
