Got offer with Infosys and onboarded, waiting for background verification for one months now and finally got joining date this Monday. Meanwhile got a contracting position of 24 months with Nike . Infosys- BOFA client Team is just migrating from waterfall to agile . So I will be the one to define the process as Scrum master,which is good Have offshore onsite model , which means night calls. Already committed and they are paying me , I may be cursed if I quit now . Banking close to my previous work experience in finances. All benefits included. Need to relocate. Nike - Brand name .looks good on resume Already establiahed scrum team, I will be enhancing the process .Can have exposure to Safe. No benefits, no permanent position Nike is unstable and any organisational changes means Scrum master goes out first. Yet to commit. No relocation required Both joining dates are same.

Stay away from Infosys. Complete trash company. It's sold as a full time position and you do get benefits but the minute the client cuts you, you're out of a job. They used to have a decent bench policy but now you're gone as soon as you can't bill anymore. No different then a contract roll with it comes to security, it's just that now you get some Indian manager making you micromanage the team instead of the real role of a scrum master
The APM is complete mess at Nike. Eva and her team are completely clueless in terms of how to lead and what makes a great agile organization. SAFe as well as other scaled scrum LESS or DA isn’t implemented correctly and they won’t train you formally, unless you have RTE experience already and make change you’ll learn all the anti patterns. There is no upward mobility for Scrum Masters and very little likelihood you’ll convert to FTE. Nearly every SM I know is looking for another job outside of Nike, some have already left and are leaving the role all together because of their negative experience. Something to consider.
