Hello everyone, Just joined Team blind after seeing other people's "mind blowing" TC on here. I'm currently doing technical prep on interviewcamp and gonna do EPI to interview for SETI at G. Obligatory TC: $100K, YOE: 3 (low, I know. I'm working on changing this.)

GL Op! Ignore some of the more ludicrous (350-400k+) datapoints here. Some good old fashioned leet code grinding can at the very least double your income.

Iām at 210k 3yoe, but idk what epi or seti is. Iām just a software engineer. Either way you can hit your TC goals with some bare minimum intelligence a strong dose of hard work and study (and fill in resume holes if you have them)! Happy leetcoding!

I see your point but most tech folks live in high COL areas so 100k isnāt really a lot. For instance, 100k in Boston is 60th percentile for household income.
