Instagram Account Help

Would love to get help from those who work at instagram or anyone that has faced this situation. I was flagged for copyright infringement as I reposted a video with all of the proper acknowledgements of whom it was from. Fine, but when I go to acknowledge that I read the Content, I keep getting this error “Select a valid choice. ChoiceValue.ACKNOWLEDGE is not one of the available choice” and cannot get into my account. Does anyone know what to do?
