Insurance for immigrant parents with pre-existing conditions?

YOE : 15 as java, includes 8 as android. TC : <<Peanuts>> So, I have had first-hand experience with a Traveler's Insurance I had purchased in the US for my parents while they were visiting my place about 2 years ago. Unlike traditional other regular insurance plans for us - immigrant workers on H-1B, these travelers insurances practically aren't accepted at any doctors office. the traveler insurance website is super crappy, but you wouldn't know until you sign-up and pay, and then, you are stuck either trying to sign-out / delete profile and get a refund, or attempt to use it, only to fail time-and-again, because the only way to use them is to pay up-front during the doctors / dentist visit, or at an emergency care facility depending on the ailment and condition, and then initiate a claim with the insurance company with payment proofs. considering most indian immigrant parents are either diabetic or have chronic heart conditions, what travelers insurance has WORKED for you, just as though it were meant for immigrant workers? hassle-free, accepted and / or claims processed accurately and refunds provided promptly?

Purchase in home country might work best. Edit: maybe not see below

Anybody with good experiences that can validate this suggestion?

I wouldn't suggest buying travel Insurance. I would suggest buying visitors coverage - a lot of them have option to cover pre existing conditions (and yes they are expensive), but premium is still << uninsured bill. I have purchased Patriot plus in the past and it is a United health group offering and claims are lesser of a Hassel than others. I've not had to claim a hospital stay but only an urgent care for which copay was simply 35$ which is better than amazon insurance. However the person who recommended the policy to me, had experience with hospital stay and claims process was good

Almost every visitor plan has a language that disqualifies any existing conditions. So far the only plan that truly covers pre-ex is INF. Do not know any details/ experiences though.

So only visitor's insurance plan, and particularly INF is the only one that works is it?
