Intel will match your external offer for both base & stocks.
Intel has qpb which amd doesn't.
Also health insurance is better from Intel than AMD. If Intel matches, stay back

Please make sure you have i-140 approved with Intel before switching the job . Since you are getting multiple offers, you are good at what you do .
    Best of luck !

cool ! Intel is best in the industry for perm processing . They never revoke the i-140 , its part of their HR policy .

Read more about it on "Termination of Employment" in fragomen connect
      All the best !

8% bonus at AMD makes me think the level is engineer 2.. that RSU grant is pretty nuts for AMD, makes me sad though.

  • AMD offer looks good; compare health insurance , 401K matches too; base salary changes not encouraging at QCOM, typically 3 to 4%, unless you get promoted; no clue how AMD works
