Intel Grade 11 interviews
Getting interview call for Grade 11 position at Intel. Recruiter told me this is the highest intel usually hires externally. G12/Fellow is a promotion from internal pool. Any thoughts on what Grade11 interviews are like? How senior is G11 considered within Intel?

G11 is senior principal, which is usually 20 plus years, and people start stagnating at g8 /g9. So it's very senior indeed. Equivalent to ic7 (distinguished eng) at Nvidia I guess.

G11s in some high paid job codes get a base of 300 to 325K non HCOL.
