Intel grade 6 grade 7 grade 8 total compensation with NSG group at Rio Rancho New Mexico
Can someone at Intel provide some information about the grade 6, grade 7, and grade 8 base salary and total compensation with NSG group at Rio Rancho New Mexico for someone with 1.5+ years of semiconductor industry experience and 4+ years of semiconductor experience?
Well I was given a high grade 6 offer - 120K + 12K stocks and 12K bonus and 13K and sign on of 30K. Folsom location. At 13% for geo difference.
I'm expecting a grade 7 middle but have no idea what would the standard base salary be before negotiating with the recruiter. Do you know? Also, are stock yearly or one time? I didn't get completely when you write, '13K and sign on of 30K'. Thanks much for quick response.
13K relo. Mid grade 7 should be around 160K I think.
You would hate NM
Moving to middle of a desert is a bit of concern for us. Can you please elaborate on your comment why one would hate NM? This could be a gating for us so please please give a serious answer. :-)
Where are you moving from? Albuquerque just became number one burglary capital in the nation number four for violent crime it’s very racist there’s really not any cultural or economic opportunities there very low socioeconomic’s overall very dry. But it’s very cheap and inexpensive, no traffic, tiny town fairly liberal overall great Mexican food
