Interbay is not really a neighborhood it’s a somewhat industrial traffic corridor that divides two of seattles nicest hoods magnolia and Queen Anne. Magnolia is probably the safest quietest hood in all of Seattle proper. QA is very wealthy too and quite safe. Both hoods are like 1.5-4m dollar homes all over. That said interbay is actually very sketch, not walkable, and not a great place to live.
