Anyone had success with intermittent fasting? Kindly share your experiences? How much lbs you reduced? What did you follow? Is it ok to eat any junk during 8 hr period? How much exercise you did?

    5’11” 185 -> 175 over 5 months with IF. I did an 8/16, ate whatever the fuck I wanted during the 8.

    On intermittent fasting for past two years... It's my lifestyle now. I work out 4-5 days a week...
    6'2" 280 -> 240 over 12 months and have maintained it there since then (+/-5). Follow a 6/18 format, with a longer (24h) once every now and then.

    6'4 did one meal a day went from 200 -> 160 in 3 months

      its a big one. I was probably eating close to 1800 calories in that one meal. I might have a lot of chicken, tea, desert and everything. I never limited what i would eat or not so it was nice to be able to eat what i was craving whether that was pizza, chicken or whatever

    I am doing it since 3 months i have felt a change..i feel lighter and i have started having breakfast(didnt do it before)
    ..havent measured my weight though!

    I dont eat trash neither do i eat salads.
    Its only tough in the beginning and becomes a part of ur life very easily.
    If u r hungry keep sipping green tea/chamomile tea or any good liquid. I just brisk walk/play badminton no other exercise. I do 15/9

    I did 8/16 and lost about 30 pounds in 3 months but I didn't "eat everything" I still ate healthy and cheat meals over the weekend. Intermittent fasting is great but the only way to lose weight is caloric deficit. So you have to make sure you're putting the right stuff in your body.
