How hard is it to transfer internally at Amazon? I just started working here about 3 months ago as a financial analyst in Fulfillment, and it is by far the worst job I’ve ever had in my life. The management is terrible, the org is disorganized, and my day-to-day is very different from what they initially communicated to me. I havent had any performance issues but simply dont think this role is sustainable for me for longer than 6 months. I have 1 YOE at a fortune200 prior to this and left on good terms for what seemed like a good opportunity at Amazon. Can anyone offer advice on this topic? What is the best way to go about moving? Is a transfer this soon into the job looked down upon?

I mean it depends on how shit your manager actually is. If you get their buy off it'll be easy, otherwise at least make them aware and you should be able to. It happens most managers get that it's not always a great fit. 6 months is definitely short and you have to have a good story for why it doesn't work out that's nothing like the wording of this blind post or you will get destroyed.
