Internal switch via promotion, should I expect annual hike?
A couple of months ago, I moved to a new team with a level up. So, I got 15% hike. In March, everybody will get an annual hike, will I be eligible for that? HR didn't say clear yes/no. Any managers here, who can shed some light on the topic.

Yes, why not? Merit raise is different than promo raise. That said, your manager could adjust it down on the argument you already got a big hike. But by default you should be eligible for it.
I would expect so, that far back. Less than 6 months, maybe not.
