Moving to Amazon Canada- 30% lower salary than the US. Base: 150 k CAD, 40k sign on and 200 stocks vesting over 4 years (5/15/40/40). Stocks vesting will have higher tax deduction vs. US.
Do you mean the base is reduced 30% or is it due to depreciation between USD and CAD.
