Internal transfer in Visa

Hello! I wanted to know about Visa's policy for internal transfer. I am in a complicated situation right now. My husband lives in california and I live in another state. I moved to USA last year from asia and I am currently on H4-EAD visa that is good till 2020. The company has filed for my H1-B and I hope it gets picked in the lottery. I really want to move to california to live with my husband but I am not sure how I should approach the right people. I see a lot of job openings in Visa itself for my domain. I am afraid that if I apply online my current manager will be notified that is why I have not applied yet. Any inputs from you will be appriciated Thank you
