If I have offers from LinkedIn and AWS (no numbers yet) should I still go and interview for Bloomberg, Twitter or Airbnb (all phone screen clear) Genuine question, need advice. This is for Sr Engineer. Kind of burnt out giving interviews and may choose between the two I have ultimately, so is there a point?

Also interviewing since May. Did Uber (screwed up one round by foolishly arguing with the interviewer), Apple two teams (didn't find it exciting), LI, AWS plus the above phone screens. Also, work has suffered a bit and have a young family who has been sacrificing with me for last 6-8 weeks. Was a very exciting journey from being a rusty candidate in initial practice interviews to where I am right now but feel I would rather reclaim my time rather than giving interviews where I don't intend to join.
Based on the feedback above though may go for AirBnB.
