Can anyone from Adobe please get me an opportunity for SDE positions? Referrals are not working. Willing to take a pay cut. TC: 290K
Why take pay cut?
Being able to spend time with family is more important than money for me. I don’t mind taking a pay cut of 50k and get that time.
I'm not saying that why say recruiter that you are ready to take pay cut? That sounds desperate. Just do interview well and negotiate

Unfortunately that’s not how it works. Your resume gets you an interview. Best I can do is get your resume in front of a hiring manager and make sure he reads it

Not really. Joined 4 months ago and completely burnt out. I am thinking about getting engaged and I want to be at a place where I could have some life. Any opportunities are appreciated.
