Use some buzzwords like customer experience, reducing friction, innovation, etc and you will be good to go!
There's a big problem with PM placement at Booking, it's randomly assigned when one joins and several PMs are very unhappy with their product. Besides you can only change your product/ team after 1 year and if you have decent performance score. So think about it hard, very hard.
They like data. Focus on defining a lot of metrics for everything you do. Then divide them into groups by importance. there is also a focus on long-term thinking. Not just small ideas. Put that in mind when presenting your small idea.

Seriously, booking is like the definition of short term thinking. Just look at the page, hundreds of small independent "winning" ideas.
