I have my final interview at Facebook coming up. It's for an Enterprise support position. I'm not feeling ready for it yet. Any tips you can give me? The previous interview had a lot of questions about OS troubleshooting for Mac, windows, and Linux as well as a few internet technologies and and exchange related questions. I feel I'm kind of lacking in the OS troubleshooting section for Mac and Linux. What are some good resources to learn this stuff?

Facebook in the enterprise is an interesting idea I never really thought about. I assumed it was all just moms yelling at each other lol. But seriously, impress them with how much you know about the needs of enterprise customers and how their needs are different and examples of when you have excellent customer service to them.
I assume he’s referring to enterprise engineering, which is what we call our IT department.
Yup thats about right
