Interview call
Why is it so so difficult to get an interview call from Uber/Lyft/Stripe/Splunk/Zillow/Twitter? I have been consistently applying to these companies for the positions where my skills match against the job-positions, however, i have never received any single call. Could anyone point the reason??

Even referral at Uber did not work out lol
Uber is actually super easy to get a call through referral. Went to one site through referral and then another without referral. Didn't get through either time though.
Visa?
F-1, how does Visa matter for this companies?
They probably filter out applicants who require visas nowadays
Resume
Yeah, probably this is the reason. Re-formatted my resume. So, let's see how many calls I would get
I applied to half of these companies online and got phone interviews pretty quickly
Your resume needs to reflect you have experience; in the requirements of the job description of the jobs you applied
They disagree with your assessment.
