Tesla?
Facebook is 11 months cooldown period if you went onsite and narrowly failed. Heard it's 2 years cooldown period if you performed really badly during the onsite. Like REAL bad. 6 months for phone screen fails.
Some years ago, Interviewed with Lyft and failed. They said cool down was one year
What about Citadel and other prop shops ?
Generally a year but it depends on how well / badly you performed and the changes at the firm u are applying for. Jump can bring u back in for a new team even if u failed with a different one
DM'ed
Google 1 year
For on sight ? Or even for phone interviews?
Funny story. I interviewed on-site in June, didnât get approved by HC. Was headhunted in November of same year, crushed my phone interviews, and was told they made a mistake and had to resume the process in June. Ultimately an exception was made for me to interview sooner, but the general policy is 12mo after on-site for the same job type.
