I have a phone interview coming up(in 2 days) with Amazon for a Sr. Product Manager - Tech position in Alexa org. the recruiter told me it was going to be Behavioral(15-20mins) and Functional(30-35mins) questions. I have been researching over internet but it would help if someone could post questions they were asked or ask(as interviewers) ? anyone with recent experience in this ? any advice/tips ? TIA
Interesting first question. How did you answer it?
Question: You have set (100+) of services and they use certain API. You develop new version of API , it is not backward compatible, you have to migrate these services. How would you do it? 2nd part. 2nd. Imagine if you create migration plan bla bla and calculated timeline but you are told that you have to do it faster. What would you do? ( btw, they wanted to hear I would fight for original timeline) And check Glassdoor for questions. And LPs
Do they do one kind first(behavioral) and then other (functional) ? Or did they mix it up ?
In my case all questions looked like functional. You can always precheck it with your recruiter, they know their teams
