Interview with #marqeta

Recently, I interviewed with #marqeta for a Senior Software Engineer position. My interview went well but they said they can offer me a Software Engineer 2 position based on my experience. I had a feedback interview with the recruiter where they told me that the feedback was good and discussed the TC for this role. Later they scheduled another call with the hiring manager to discuss roles and responsibilities. After 4~5 days, the recruiter reached out to me and said we do not want a software engineer 2 and they made an offer by mistake. They added, we can consider you for other teams and then they ghosted. After investing almost 4~5 hours in the entire interview process, a fake offer and ghosting is what you end up with. #marqeta #interview #engineering #software
