Interviewed at Citadel...it's been 2 days and no response
I like my recruiter and he's been super fast, so I know he isn't slacking off. Citadel and recruiter said decisions are made fast and I'd know between 1-2 business days. I interviewed Wednesday so it's been 2 days and I haven't heard anything. Is this bad news?

Give it a couple of days. I got a response after 3 days but it could have taken a week. If they don't get back to you in a week push your recruiter to check in but don't freak out. If after two weeks you don't hear back then it's probable that they moved on

For what role? I have an on-site next week. Can you share your interview experience? Is it leetcode heavy ?
Hmm..I got like 1 LC Medium. I also got system design. Everything else was experience oriented questions. I had to make working solutions in coderpad for every round though. Also, I hear they are brutal. If you don't do well in the first 2 rounds, you get your onsite cancelled immediately and walked out. You fly in first class to either Chicago or NYC. Also you stay in a kickass 4star hotel.
Is the LC tagged ? Also what kind of system design is it more like finance related or general system design? How many rounds total ?
