Hey guys, I recently accepted an offer(not R&d) from one of the hot start ups. My start date is first week of April and currently I am undergoing the H1b transfer process.
That aside, I feel I am severely underpaid in my current job for the experience I have and really want to make a move. Do you guys recommend that I keep interviewing while the transfer is in process?( Incase this transfer get denied, I will have another offer to work on)
