They will give you Groupon specific scenarios and ask how you will manage stakeholders, how do you communicate with leadership etc

The questions are based on Groupon values and leadership qualities. Make sure you give examples for all situational questions. Create a gameplan Keep it simple Know the details Get things done Be adaptable Stay humble Be a coach
Groupon was laying off lot of people and setting up offshore development center. Please get more info on company health before you make the switch
