Intuit severance

If you let go. I think it will appear in background check in next job

Typically companies will just verify dates of employment. I work in HR. I’m just wondering if Intuit pays any kind of separation severance

Intuit greatly values what they perceive as their external reputation. So it's likely they would be a little generous with final check, accelerated rsu vesting etc. But not overly. Internally they view it as a company that you should be honoured to have on your resume. Knowing that it will be outstanding currency to get you a job Anywhere you want! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭

From what I have heard from victims of re-org, it’s 2 weeks of severance for every year of service with a max of 6 mos of severance
