I know someone who is wanting to leave Intuit and hoping to be let go. Any insight into their severance package for higher level positions if they have no cause to terminate you other than “not a good fit”?
Typically companies will just verify dates of employment. I work in HR. I’m just wondering if Intuit pays any kind of separation severance
Intuit greatly values what they perceive as their external reputation. So it's likely they would be a little generous with final check, accelerated rsu vesting etc. But not overly. Internally they view it as a company that you should be honoured to have on your resume. Knowing that it will be outstanding currency to get you a job Anywhere you want! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭
