I just interviewed with Intuit for an SDE 2 position, and they told me that while they are willing to move ahead with me, they are considering me for an SDE 1 position. I'm waiting to hear about the compensation for the SDE 1 position, but I wanted to get some feedback from my fellow blinders on the company and see if anybody has dealt with a scenario like this with intuit previously. Levels.fyi is not up to date with current market trends
Thanks for your feedback. Based on the information available right now what do you think should be the range, any idea?
not sure whats the salary range of sde1 but sde 2 salary is up to TC: 250k
I am not sure where did you get that number. Looking at levels.fyi I see it's in the 190 - 215 range.
my friend got an offer at intuit and he's planning to take it. his TC is 250k for sde2. it all depends on how you negotiate it. P.S my friend has competing offer from amazon as well Also levels.fyi is not up to date
So the numerous salary posts from levels.fyi from this month of ~215 is not up to date. I worked at Intuit and I know for a fact that 250 is not real
Intuit titles are super inflated so u are getting at least 2 levels down
Not worth it
Whats the current TC at Intuit?
I’m in the same boat - Check out this post! "Intuit compensation review (Tech Industry)" https://us.teamblind.com/s/r4SQE6Wf

Wow, even Intuit down-levels engineers? I would check levels.fyi to check the salary range for sde 1. Also (so we can compare) TC OR GTFO
I did check levels.fyi and here is what I found https://www.levels.fyi/company/Intuit/salaries/Software-Engineer/Software-Engineer-1/
