With recession concerns, is it recommended to pull money out of stock market? Are you severely changing your investment strategy?

The point of a long term strategy or portfolio is to not change with the market. Ride it out, you didn't invest money you need in the short term, right?

Depending on whether you're a long term or a short term investor.

For the long term, there's no reason to change anything, on the contrary : start buying more gradually (monthly or quarterly ) so that on average, if there's a recession, you'd enjoy a lower average price in the coming period, and - once the recession ends, and stocks start rising again, you could sell off any excess positions that are beyond your desired risk threshold.

This is the epitome of buy low sell high.
