Noob investor here. Did some reading and dollar cost averaging over index funds seems like a good starting point. Some colleagues recommended Robo advisors (like Betterment etc.) that maintain a diversified portfolio and provide other services like tax loss harvesting, for a fee (0.25% + ETF expense ratios). Does Vanguard offer any similar products? Looking for fairly hands-off investment strategy where I can make regular contributions and get better returns than a high yield savings account.

Then I would suggest investing in blue chip company stocks and start building your divident fund. It is really useful in the long run. And try to reinvest that divident back in the market.
Vanguard retirement target funds are low fee and rebalance to be more conservative as you near retirement.
